It's free and easy to enroll and easy to use.  All you need is an account with Union State Bank!

To enroll download our mobile app and click on the Enroll Now link.  It will walk you through the enrollment process step by step.  You will create your own user id and password and you will not be required to change your password ever again, but we recommend changing it periodically for your own security. 

Password requirements are as follows:

  • Minimum Length  10 characters
  • Maximum Length  17 characters
  • Numeric                   1
  • Uppercase letters    1
  • Lowercase letters    1
  • Special Characters   1

Instant Balance

Access your account balances quickly! Mobile Banking Instant Balance feature allows you to access up to six account balances from the login screen, no password necessary. You must first opt-in to use Instant Balance; by default, you're opted-out until activation and set-up are completed.  Find 'Instant Balance Settings' in the 'More' menu.  Switch Instant Balance on and choose the account balances you want to view with out logging in.


Touch ID for iPhone Users

Touch ID support allows iPhone users a faster, more convenient way to log in to our mobile banking app. Users can now sign in to the app with their fingerprint – no need for a password!

This new feature is available for iPhone Users and can be activated by clicking on the Touch ID symbol at the bottom of the login screen within the Mobile Banking App.  If you have Touch ID activated on your iPhone you need to use the same finger print.



Custom alerts in our updated mobile app allow you to enjoy peace of mind wherever you go.

 Features of managing your Debit Card on the Mobile Banking App

  • Turn your debit card on and off
  • Establish transaction controls for dollar amount limits, merchant categories and geographic locations
  • Receive alerts when your debit card is used, approved or exceeds the transaction controls set by you
  • Stay informed of potential fraud with alerts on attempted, declined transactions

Union State Bank provides you with easy ways to manage your account through Mobile Banking and it's easy to enroll:

  • From a desktop computer, log in to your Internet Banking.
  • Select the Options tab.
  • Locate the Mobile Banking section and “Enroll Now,” then simply follow the onscreen instructions for the service that you select.

Mobile Apps

  • If you select the Mobile App option: Simply download the FREE UnionState app for your smartphone from the iTune store or Google Play store. 

Text Banking

You may also enroll in our SMS Text Banking for even more convenient access to your account information.

  • By using simple text commands, we’ll provide you with up-to-date account information by SMS text messaging. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Once enrolled text one of the following commands to short code 99588 to receive account information directly to your phone.  BAL - Balance inquiry, HIST + Account Nickname - to get transaction history, HELP - to obtain information on SMS commands
  • With Mobile Banking, your information is fully secure. Multiple layers of authentications ensure you don’t have to worry about the wrong people getting your information.

Mobile Check Deposit

Now you can deposit a check anywhere, anytime with Union State Bank's Mobile Deposit!

Here's how it works:                                                                                                                                 



  1. Open and Log In to the Mobile App.
  2. Endorse the check as "For Mobile Deposit at Union State Bank Only", below your signature.

 Mobile Check endorsement

  1. Select Deposits from the drop down menu and then select New Deposit.
  2. Select the account to deposit funds into and enter the amount of the deposit.
  3. Take a photo of the front and back of the check when prompted.
  4. Confirm deposit information and you are good to go!

Deposit Limits do apply:

  • Per Check Deposit Limit: $5000
  • Daily Deposit Limit: $5000

Checks deposited by 5:00 pm CST will be processed on the same day.  Deposits received after 5:00 pm CST or on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.  Your funds will usually be available no more than two business days after deposit.
